RiverBum, Inc. reserves the right to modify the selection and/or pricing of its products and programs without prior notice.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Damaged Merchandise by Shipping Company
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt for any shipping damage. Any visual carton damage must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Carton” before signing. Make all claims directly with the shipping company. Damaged merchandise must also be reported to RiverBum, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must be reported to RiverBum, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt for claim to be valid. All returns of defective merchandise must be approved in advance by RiverBum, Inc. and must accompany a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RiverBum, Inc. will promptly replace any defective item providing that it is returned to RiverBum, Inc. within 10 days of date reported.
Non-Delivered Orders
A 15% restocking fee and/or re-shipping charges will be assessed to the customer for all shipments returned to RiverBum, Inc. due the shipment either not being accepted by the customer or the customer not being available to receive the shipment.
Catalog & Website Errors
We are careful to ensure that our pricing, quantity in stock, photos and descriptive copy of our products is accurate, however, when we make a mistake, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and will notify you of any such correction prior to your order being shipped.
