Exchanges

We will send you an invoice or issue a refund if there is a price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you with our standard free shipping (U.S. orders only) as soon as we receive your returned item.

Returns

RiverBum is not only confident in the quality of its merchandise, but desires that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we will accept items returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned merchandise must be in like-new condition; that means the tags are included along with the original packaging and the item has not been used. RiverBum will not cover shipping fees associated with returned merchandise.

Out of Stock Items

At RiverBum we do our best to keep all our items in stock, but there is a chance we will not have a purchased item in stock. If we do not have an item in stock that you have ordered we will notify you of your options. Most items we are able to stock in 1-2 days.
