LIFETIME Limited Rod Warranty Maxxon Outfitters LIFETIME Limited Rod Warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials in new products only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse or any other form of damage caused by the direct or indirect use of the product. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The product must have been purchased through an authorized Maxxon Outfitters dealer. Warranty claims must be deemed a manufacturer defect by authorized Maxxon Outfitters representative and be assigned a warranty authorization number before proceeding. All authorized claims must be sent freight paid and insured to the address listed above. Please make sure you are able to provide tracking and return authorization information upon request. A dated proof of purchase and warranty authorization number must accompany all claims to obtain coverage under these terms. The original purchaser must return ALL pieces, parts and components of the product as well as pay $25.00 USD processing to the address listed above. Please make sure to include your contact information such as full name, return address, phone number and a valid email address. If you registered your product though our warranty card program or online, verify your contact information is current.
