Brindle Chute is an orangish/brown bug. The attractive dubbing mix is a closely-held secret. Developed by Chuck Stranahan of Hamilton, MT for the hecuba mayfly hatch on the Bitterroot, this great looking fly stands out among all those Adams Parachutes in the box. This fly is also an exceptionally effective as a mayfly imitation or a general attractor fly because there are lots of insects that are amber and olive in color, like the body of this fly. This is truly a RiverBum favorite. By far one of the most versatile flies we have used. This fly catches big browns on the Madison River and native Brook Trout in the Pocono Mountains. This is a great point fly on your two fly set ups.
