Olive Clouser Crayfish patterns are vital bass flies especially around rocks and other shoreline sructure. Try fishing this fly for both smallmouth and large mouth bass or even for trout in still or slow water environments.

The Clouser Crawfish Fly, Olive , is an excellent fly to use . I have caught multiple fish on this fly including Smallmouth Bass, Carp (hit so hard broke the line), Drum, Bluegill, and Crappie. This fly is very buoyant and requires some spitshot in faster moving water. But in still water, the slow sink and twitching retrieve work great, especially to feeding fish in the shallows! I have bought several of these in sizes 8 and 10 and will always have in my flybox. Tight Lines
